When obtaining an estimate, look for signs that the person performing this important service is qualified and properly trained. At Princeton Auto Body, your estimator has over 25 years collision damage repair experience, ASE Master Collision Technician and ASE Damage Analysis-Estimating status.
In addition, we at Princeton Auto Body stay current in information technology:
We now use computers with advanced estimating programs which not only list
parts pricing and suggested labor times, but also perform the following:

The proper documentation of your collision repair is vital in obtaining the
amount owed to you by your insurance company or an at-fault party. We keep
detailed records of your repair through digital photos, detailed repair orders
and invoice copies. We photograph your damaged car when it enters our shop.
More pictures are then taken as the car is dismantled and more damage is
exposed. This greatly speeds the repair process and gives you the additional
documentation needed for an insurance claim. These photos are available for
printing or sometimes transmitted to insurance companies by the Internet.
Differences in repair estimates are not uncommon. Unfortunately with differences in training, experience, equipment and material quality, there often are large differences in initial estimates to repair a damaged vehicle. This fact, in addition to the added complex systems in newer automobiles all add some uncertainty to the final repair costs. A lower estimate may not include all the necessary parts and procedures that will be needed for a full and complete repair.
We are always available to explain our estimates and prices in detail.
